To ensure balanced server resources and prevent automated denial-of-service attacks, free tier users are subject to daily query caps (currently 5 searches/downloads per calendar day).

• Daily quotas reset automatically at 00:00:00 server time.
• Circumventing limits by creating clone bot accounts or automated API spam is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate IP and User ID banning.

4. VIP Premium Memberships & Payment Terms

Users may upgrade their accounts to VIP status via our official payment gateway at premium.php.

• VIP Benefits: VIP membership grants unlimited daily searches, priority cloud queue, removal of auto-delete restrictions where applicable, and access to exclusive anime indexing channels.
• Payments & Currency: All payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
• Non-Refundable Digital Service: VIP membership access is activated instantly upon payment confirmation. Because this is a real-time digital access service, purchases are strictly non-refundable once activated.
• Subscription Duration: Memberships are active for the exact period selected (30 days, 90 days, or 365 days) and do not automatically recur without explicit user authorization.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When utilizing our services, you expressly agree NOT to:

• Deploy automated scrapers, headless bots, or request scripts against our website or Telegram API endpoints.
• Attempt to exploit, tamper with, or reverse-engineer our bot logic, database, or payment verification routines.
• Distribute harmful payloads, malware, spam, or malicious links through bot query commands.
• Misrepresent your identity or use fraudulent credit cards/UPI credentials for VIP checkout.
